Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once accepted, returns should be shipped within 30 days. After 30 days of no shipping notification, the return will be rejected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Intimate clothing including but not limited to under garments, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear; skin-care or make-up cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are flammable liquids, such as perfumes.

Some health and personal care items
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Any sale or clearance items are considered final sale. 


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will given in the form of a gift card.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a store credit yet, first check your spam folder as you will receive this in the form of an email.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your store credit yet, please contact us at info@shamarrbarquet.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately clearance items cannot be returned. These are last chance items and cannot be accepted back into our inventory. 

Exchanges - (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, it can be accepted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for store credit. Costs will be deducted from your total credit amount. 

If you are shipping an item over $100 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
